What the app does and doesn't do

• The only network request AsapView makes is a once-a-day check of asapview.app/update.json for a new version. It sends nothing about you or your photos, and you can turn it off with Automatic updates in the right-click menu. There is no usage analytics, crash reporting or advertising.
• Photos you open and files you convert are processed on your PC only and are never sent anywhere.
• Settings such as window position, conversion format and watch folders are stored only in your user profile on your PC.

This website

asapview.app uses no analytics or tracking. It stores a single cookie, lang, only when you pick a language, to remember your choice. The site is served through Cloudflare, which may process standard request logs to operate and secure the service. The Pretendard font is loaded from the jsDelivr CDN.

When you donate, we store the amount, the name and message you choose to show, and your email if you enter one. Your email is never shown. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal; we never see your card or PayPal account details. Links to your own donations are kept in this browser's local storage.
